The applicant undertakes to:

• clearly indicate in the published reproduction (on any support) that the works belong to the "Civic Photographic Archive, Milano". For photos belonging to the Paolo Monti Archive: "Civic Photographic Archive, Milan - on deposit from the BEIC Foundation";
• deliver a copy of the publications when requested by the Institute;
• deliver a copy of the high-resolution image that may have been acquired by the user;
• comply in the case of use for online publications and on computer/digital support (CDs, DVDs, e-books, etc.), with the following technical characteristics: JPG format with a 72 DPI resolution and a maximum size of 600x400 pixels; an exception to compliance with the aforementioned parameters may be granted only to applicants who guarantee other measures capable of preventing the images from being exported;
• comply with the Italian legislation on copyright (art. 2575 of the Italian Civil Code and Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941 and integrations), paying if due and providing the Institute with the relevant receipt;
• do not copy, transfer to third parties or publish the requested images in the future. No use other than that authorised may be deemed legitimate without the explicit authorisation of the Management Office.

By sending this form you accept to comply with the above conditions.

Untrue declarations are subject to the penalties provided for in Article 495 of the Italian Penal Code.

Pursuant to the European Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 GDPR, in force since 25 May 2018, we inform you that your personal data (common data) will be processed and stored for the purposes of providing the service and for statistical processing with techniques that guarantee the protection of confidentiality in accordance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection.
